how we got here
The idea for The Josiah Ministry began in 2005 when Restoration Ministry, a local campus evangelism team, began to express a need for a non-profit organization to coordinate fundraising projects. Shortly thereafter, a group of young people initiated the process of applying for non-profit status in the state of California with the goal of providing an umbrella ministry that would fund and support other young adult ministries all over the United States. Since then, The Josiah Ministry has funded dozens of projects all over the Western United States including Audioverse, Restoration, and various youth conferences.
where we're going
The Josiah Ministry is established to help Ministry Partners, whether abroad or in our own back yards, by providing financial administration assistance; promoting the networking of like-minded ministries and individuals, particularly of young adults; and providing access to a shared set of ministry-oriented resources. We support the worldwide mission and beliefs of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and aim to facilitate the spread of the Three Angels' Messages and the hastening of Christ's soon return.
